Honors for NJ Industrial Overhead Door Manufacturer

In December of 2015, NJ county vocational-technical schools honored ArmRLite’s current President, Shannon McGrady for her work with the school’s cooperative education program. Shannon rose to President of ArmRLite, a leading NJ industrial overhead door manufacturer, in 2015; but has worked closely with the program for many years.

As an industrial overhead door manufacturer, students from the co-op education program are introduced to the world of commercial manufacturing through not just computer drafting and design, but also sales and customer service. Each student who is given the opportunity to work at ArmRLite and be mentored by Shannon is given an invaluable chance to grow both personally and professionally with real world work experience.
